• Improved refresh schedule on dashboard by moving the dashboard data refresh from Excel to Datameer.  Reducing the time it took to refresh the dashboard from eight hours down to 15 minutes, as well as, reducing the chance of human error.

• Assisted in the development of a scorecard for business executive to review the risk that is currently in their specified business segment.

• Managed the IT security exhibit contract review process.  From providing status update reports to training new reviewers on the streamlined process and expectation of role’s responsibilities.

• Assembled the Technical Information Security Advisor (TISA) toolkit.  This toolkit contained standard templates that could be used to provide status updates to executive of project’s current states and goals of the project’s future states

• Assisted the data release governance team to ensure that data being sent outside the company was released in a secure and approved method of delivery.

• Managed DMAIC project by automating a manual process with zero costs to the application management team, improving the productivity of the application management team, and provided a yearly savings of $43,000.

• Completed the root-cause analysis, risk assessment, determined the roles and responsibilities of the application management team and the continuous improvement team by using the tools in the six sigma tool kit.

• Managed software repository for Continuous Improvement team.  Repurposed license keys to new employees from employees who had left the team, saving the team $12,000.

• Conducted data analysis and metrics collection on the effectiveness of the Continuous Improvement team over the past five years, by gathering  six sigma belts certification counts, project completion count, and project savings
